CLIENT RIP-OFF BY ADDING ALMOST R1000 to monthly instalment

I am extremely annoyed with this company at the moment, going for month no2 and still my account was wrongfully debited with over R950 that was added again to my vehicle instalment. I find this extremely disturbing. And demand herewith immediate refunds of both those amounts. I've just spoken to someone at your head office's call centre who dropped the phone in my ear, and you call your employees educated???? Policy was cancelled in writing after a telephonic conversation with Esmeralda Bagley, on 5 August 12:13. I do not accept any excuses from your side, I WANT TO KNOW WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUNDS??????? AND WHY HAS THIS COVER NOT BEEN CANCELLED. I swear if I should apply for a vehicle with you, you would say I cannot afford to pay R7500, but you don't care now as long as the bank can score and make money........!!!! urgent response for your pathetic doing is required
