I wish to convey my SINCERE gratitude for the professional and patient manner in which you have handled my situation. I could not have asked for a more efficient person to have taken my case over from Mapaseka Ngakane.

Unfortunately, I do not have any kind of positive feedback relating to my dealings with Mapaseka whom I have found to be an extremely confrontational and argumentative individual.
