Chocned / MFC Poor Licensing service

<p>While my experience with Chocned/ MFC going through the finance application was thorough it did take two weeks of back and forwards with various paperwork required unlike what is experienced with MFC. My biggest gripe now is that I simply cannot get my licence disk out of them despite me having proof that the car licence was obtained on the 13th February. It is now the 1st March I am literally driving an unlicensed vehicle and breaking the law because of their agents incompetence. They then tell me today "It's at postnet for collection but can't give you the tracking number until tomorrow morning". I then phone the postnet branch who claims that there is no parcel under my surname or cell number. Go figure whose lying through their teeth now !! Seriously Chocned /MFC you need to find a new agent. Your reputation is being seriously compromised by an outside supplier !!</p>
