Chilidsh and obtuse service

I requested URGENT assistance in a few emails and still their employees think it is funny to waste time and be obtuse and childish. Utter nonsense especially the stressful and struggling times we are living in during the covid period. Why would you then with a lot of people struggling financially and emotionally be obtuse and not empathetic and professional towards a former client that paid up his vehicles way before the term and almost never missed an install??? NOOOOO its mos effen funny to send stupid mails back to a client.
