Child maintenance arrears vs Credit for 2 vehicles
Child maintenance in arrears from 2016. Ex husband is/was on debt review and with April this years appearance with the maintenance officer I saw that my ex bought two vehicles on credit with MFC. One in 2018 and another one recently. So he can afford to have 3 vehicles and a motorbike. R5000 he got permission to buy vehicles while both his daughters have to hear he's broke and suffer financially. I did send emails to Nedbank and The National Credit Regulator. No response from either. Domestic Violence Protection order against my ex husband for emotional abuse, but it's now financial abuse and neglect. One daughter is on the autism spectrum and the other daughter has got a foot deformity. Shame on you MFC. How can you give credit to someone who are behind maintenance for their children? How do you give credit approval without checking the facts? I'm not legally trained in this kind of stuff and financially I'm in ruins. But I have been fighting to get financial assistance from their biological father. My youngest daughter and myself are sleeping on a broken bed. And my ex husband are driving around with two extra vehicles and enjoying his life...as always!
