Charging my tracing fees when my account is up to date
I work on commission basis and pay my account when I get commission ... PLEASE NOTE that my account has never been more that 30 days in arrears.
MFC handed me over to a tracing agent for R1000.00 after I paid it. A very arrogant Marius called me and told me that he will come to my house. Come to my house for WHAT??? To discuss a paid up account and charge me more tracing fees???
I've been begging MFC to please send me statements as Im not getting statement as Im suppose to. I suspect that Ive been charged tracing fees that I refuse to pay this.
