Charging extras on invoice

I bought a 2nd hand Honda Brio from Imperial Select Northcliff in December 2017. Without my knowledge or agreeing, extras were charged on the vehicle. MFC have still have not adjusted the initial invoice amount and I am having to pay interest on the inflated amount of R14k for what I do not know!!

THIS ISSUE IS STILL UNRESOLVED! I CANNOT GET A SIMPLE INVOICE REFLECTING THE ADJUSTED AMOUNT FOR MY CAR, INSTEAD I GET A SETTLEMENT LETTER!!! THE SERVICE FROM MFC IS SHOCKING!!!!!
