CHARGED FOR CAPTURING ERROR

I purchased a vehicle from a dealership provided my bank statement approved everything signed the deal took delivery no issues. Then when the first debit order went off the debit order went off from an old account an account that i used 4 years ago when i purchased my first vehicle through MFC.

Now I'm being charged a R500 for unpaid debit order when whoever had to capture and verify information clearly didn't check the bank details on the statement provided by myself when I did the application..

This is Truely unfair of you.

I pointed it out last month when the incident happened and the person, I spoke to said no problem they will inform the relevant department no one said I'm taking it off I said I'm not paying the fee it's not my fault.

I would like a call to resolve this as I'm not paying a fee for someone else not doing their job properly.
