Change of ownership

Hi Hellopeter, Happy New Year . Hope you all well. Kindly assist me on my queries against MFC, I have paid up my car on January 2021, all settlement has been paid. I have sent them all proof of payments. Now my problem is that, they promised to send me change of ownership, all documents, still waiting up to today. Please help me.
