Caroline is a breath of fresh air

Normally when you have dealings with any finance house, the person handling your account is only concerned with what is on the screen in front of them. <br> <br> Caroline had dealt with my account many years ago, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with then already. I recently had to deal with her again, and she immediately knew who I was just by my name! <br> <br> She is always friendly, always offers sound advice, has listened me cry over the phone... and her calm soothing voice has always helped me keep my cool.<br> <br> She is an absolute gem, I wish all of MFC's consultants could be as caring as Caroline. <br> <br> I just wanted to say thank you, on a public platform so that everyone would know what a wonderful person she really is!
