Car Settlement papers

I had made final payments for my vehicle on the 9th of July 2024,I asked for a confirmation letter and the ownership document I was informed I will receive it in 10-15 working days,I called again few days later where I received the confirmation letter of the account being closed only to realise that the info of the vehicle was incorrect, the consultant also informed me that the ownership documents have been sent to the nearest branch to me in Cape Town only for me to be told by the branch they have not received them, the branch tried to assist where I called MFC just to be transferred to the courier company who put me on hold until the phone stopped ringing, I tracked the parcel and it was sent to a Nedbank branch in Durban and I’m in Cape Town. I am livid I need those documents asap! This has been a nightmare
