Car Service Plan

I bought my car from Bargain Auto and used MFC to finance the car. my first point of contact was a guy by the name of Carlos he told me about the finance and how it would work, he then explained that the car will be covered for car services for 2 yeas. he said when the car reaches 15000km it would need to be serviced. He told me that MFC will only pay R1000 every time when the car is serviced and that if i'm charged more i would have to add on. when my car reached the 15000 mark i called MFC i was told that there is no such thing, that i'm not covered for that and that according to them i refused to take the cover. Carlos never told me that ill be paying for this like insurance. I was **** to by MFC just so they can convince me to buy the car and be indebted to them for the next 5yrs. they are such *****. i will never ever recomend them to any 1 who wants to buy a car with them. rather use FNB. i'm regretting this decision.
