car repossession
due to unfortunate circumstances, i found myself unemployed. i spoke to mfc about my situation- the call centre agents said i still should make payment while i am unemployed. They send people to my house and pretend to be lawyers to come collect my car. this one time i got a call from some guy who said he was calling from the police station and has a warrant of arrest. i asked him to send it so i can avail myself but he didn't. 2 weeks later 2 guys came to my house with court order saying they need the car, i told them to bring the sheriff as they refused to prove that they work for mfc. they never came. I called and was advised to chat to Chanel who never picks up her phne, my husband also called. Today on the 18th my neighbor calls me and says some white guy with a silver polo was at my house, with no phone call or even email??? mfc is pathetic the customer service way beyond zero!!!!

20 Sept 2019, 10:54I am still unhappy with MFC, i spoke to Chanel after my review and she said some sheriff by the name of Johnson will contact me to set up a meeting to speak to me. i am aware that my account is way in arrears but how the whole process is being handled is way traumatizing. i received a call on the 28th of August 2019 from some guy who said he has a warrant of arrest and was calling me from a police station. i send him a text on the 4th of September 2019 asking him to send me the warrant so i can avail myself at the police station. he never did.
* i got a visit from 2 guys one of them introduced himself as Andries Tladi Moloto on the 4th of September 2019 around 17:00, was instructed by MFC to come collect the car. he gave me documents which didn't have the vehicle details such as registration number, colour etc. i asked him to show me his identity or drivers licence or proof that he works for MFC because i need to know who i give the car to.. he refused.! i told him to bring the sheriff to come and collect the vehicle. he later gave me a call from *** @ 20:01 4/09/19 saying i can use the car until forever he will make a plan for me.
* my neighbor told me that 2 guys were at my house on Wednesday 18/09/19 looking for me and they didnt say who they were. they were driving a silver grey polo with registration dx48mxgp around 9am.
the whole process has been emotionally draining and embarrassing, i don't feel safe anymore because they give false information to the security when they come to my house.
1st group wrote on the security register that they were going to view a house for sale, false vehicle registration number.
2nd group wrote that they were coming for delivery of documents, they came again in the evening but never knocked on my door. they were visiting at house number 7982 and vehicle registration is 4/9 and the mobile number doesn't exist when i tried calling last night.
3rd group wrote registration as FS01DBGP Ledwaba and they also said they were visiting house no.50
4th group wrote registration as BYBYMGP name as Johan/John and that they came for delivery and they identified themselves as sheriff.
5th group of guys came this morning 20/9/19 saying they are the sheriff of the court and they will come take the car on Monday. they gave me documents saying they were send by FNB because i was in arrears , i called FNB and they don't know anything about sending a sherrif to my house and that they are investigating.
i don't feel safe anymore in my own property, as for MFC to send men to follow me from work is highly unacceptable. the guy named Tladi mentioned they used to follow me in August when i was on a temporary employment with DSV almost every day. i want you to know that with all the men you(MFC + Chanel) send to my house, should anything happen to me or my kids you will be held responsible. i am also going to open a case of harassment and false information given to security by the guys you send to my house .
is this how you conduct business? by sending men to follow your customers and threaten them? sending false paperwork? why would you bring house documents dated in March 2019 when i payed 34000.00 towards my bond on the 21st of June 2019? 2 months in arrears for July and August 2019????
