CANT FIX A TINY ISSUE

I have been trying to change banking details for a debit order for two month - TWO and these people have no idea what they doing. I keep getting more and more emails with additional requirements. How dumb can you possibly be? Its banking details - not rocket science. I am so tired of this **** - useless staff - useless company
