CANT ACCESS STATEMENT

Good day

Could someone contact me / send me my statement with my credits on as i have requested this and no one is able to assist me except one consultant who's in charges of my case, who doesn't respond to emails or call back requests.

I also need to know what my options are ie vehicle, as per my online request logged last week friday and till today no feedback.
