Cannot do debit orders properly.

Unable to stick to debit order dates - continually moves dates. Everything is computerized and hence weekends/public holidays should not affect when debit orders go off.

I have phoned and tried to speak to 3 people, but just get bounced from one to the other.

I signed for a specific date.
