Cancellation of Warranty Booster

Morning Submitted as Cancellation for Warranty Booster to be Cancelled on 18th June 2019 & to date still not processed by MFC. I even resubmitted copy of original Cancellation but still no clear feedback when this will be resolved as i still paying.....
