Cancellation of Contract

As a first time buyer I never expected to be treated like this. <br> <br> I bought a vehicle from a dealer, MFC arranging finance on the deal. I signed the deal on 6th June. After a week and a half ordeal to collect the vehicle I only had issues since then.<br> <br> Speedometer not working<br> Handbrake not working<br> Bin of the bakkie broken<br> Car was in an accident and I was never advised of that, if I knew this I would not have accepted the bakkie.<br> Alternator not charging battery.<br> <br> <br> Logged a complaint with MFC and dealer and returned the vehicle to the dealer within 10 days as per contract \Clause 14"<br> I have had no constructive feedback from MFC or dealer. <br> <br> It is 20th July today and I have no vehicle and I can`t seem to get my money back.<br> <br> I have not paid my 1st premium but I think the process is being deliberately prolonged so that I be held liable for this contract."""
