Cancel Finance

Good day MFC,

I would like to request to cancel the deal,

I purchased a motorcycle through BikeFin, and the approval was done 28 March 2023, i received the bike 31march 2023, i had some issues with it and sent it back to the dealer (Harley Davidson) on the 2nd of May 2023, the bike has been repaired but cannot be released to me as they have not received payment for the bike as yet, I have tried calling and emailing BikeFin, with no response

Having no information as to what is happening with the payment, I cannot accept the debit order as i am not in possession of the bike. I have tried to reason with the dealer, who by right ha e not received payment and therefore are holding the bike.

As I have no further recourse I feel this is the only option left available to me.

I have tried logging a complaint with MFC directly and still awaiting feedback, I have no other means of rectifying this as CarsDirect is not contactable.

I will not be paying for a vehicle I do not have.
