Can't tell me what I owe them, if I owe them!?

2nd Request! Account no *** Asset description 2004 U Volkswagen Touran 2.0<br> This company can't tell me what I owe them since 2014!!??<br> I have never seen or heard of this before, I email, phone and spoke to them on the phone but they can't tell me if I owe them money!? I haven't seen a statement from them since 2014!? This is just pure craziness, never heard of yet before!! They don't even get back to me!? I will never buy a car if I ever have to go through them again, and of course will never use Nedbank for anything either, FACT!!
