Can MFC refund me my money back for the insurance I did not authorise

Can MFC refund me my money back for the insurance I did not authorise. I have my own insurance and you can’t do as you please with people’s money on their accounts. That is morally and ethically unacceptable. You please **** Complaint clients and that has to stop. Pay me back my money now.
