Can i have what is mine please (Natis Documents)

<p>I am deeply disappointed with mfc, in August i paid off 2 vehicles which were financed by mfc. I requested for the Natis documents and was told that i still had an oustanding for weeks mfc still insisted that i owed them until i took the matter to the ombudsman. I called TransUnion for my credit score and was told that both mfc accounts were paid in full the accounts were closed, i then requested the vehicles documents and i only got one now when i send e-mails to be assisted i only receive automated responses and nobody ever replies. Its been 4 months already can i please have what is rightfully mine, i have paid everything and i owe mfc nothing. They were quick to threaten to reposses the vehicles when i was behind with my payments and now that i gave them their money they are dragging their feet. </p>
