Bully MFC/NEDBANK

I have vehicle financed by mfc. I have bn crying to hv clear communication but they seem to have written lines of communication off. I now after xomplaining to helopeter receive statements but even when i try to respond to that email its auto reply. I made 3x R5000 payments in Dec but my acc is not updated I am being threatened by sms that i will b liable for collection fees... I have send an email to indicate i wld need to change my instalment date but no reaponds to this Nxa!!!
