Bullies, no customer care

I missed one payment and I called MFC requesting that they extend my term by one month or wait for my bonus month so that I can pay them and cover areas. On the 15 of January and on the 18 of January they deducted despite my request. Now how will I take my child to school with all the money gone after I requested? Should I have kept quite and not contact them then change my bank account? I requested them to reverse the one transaction and the lady refused coz her kids will be able to school but not mine. Account ***. Mokgotlwane was so rude despite my concerns. She didn’t care. Who gave MFC authority to deduct on the 15 and on the 18. Please reverse one deduction and honour my request
