Bull **** service

I am not happy with the services and the balance as i have lost my job in 2015 then in 2019 i decided to join debt review it didnt work for me I cancelled it and sent you the cancellation letter in November 2019.no one cared to update that information and i was told to pay direct and i will be done in 2023 july.i have tried calling Cedric September as i was told he is the one handling my case but no luck.i need answers this matter is giving me nightmares please somebody fix this.
