Breach of Trust

From: Mndeni Nkosi ********** Date: Tue, Nov 21, 2017 at 11:18 AM Subject: ********** 0001 To: ********** ********** ********** Cc: ********** **********

Good day MFC

I am in arrears with my MFC account as stated on the subject line ( ********** 0001).

A lady from MFC contacted me on the 9th November 2017 to make payments arrangements in order to bring my account to order. The arrangement was that MFC will continue to debit my account as usual/normal, and I would make two EFT payments of R3300,00 on the 27 Nov, and 27 Dec 2017 respectively.

Today (21 Nov 2017), I received a call from Jonathan, he advised that I need to make an immediate payment equal to one month’s instalment by tomorrow, if I will be unable to make such a payment, my original and only arrangement would be cancelled and I would be handed over to the/thier legal department.

I took a look at the MFC values, and noted the following:

Integrity – We are honest, trustworthy, truthful, consistent and open. We act according to the highest ethical standards. We communicate openly, directly and ethically.

• Cancelling an arrangement, you already agreed upon with a client is not being honest, trustworthy, truthful, consistent and open. • You have no sense of ethical behaviour • You have failed to uphold your value of Integrity

Respect – We treat others as we would have them treat us. We use diversity as a strength. We listen to others and treat people with dignity. We give individuals room to grow. We treat everyone in the organisation as important. We foster individual strength to build the whole.

• We treat others as we would have them treat us; Very questionable • Jonathan (consultant who called me today) did not listen to me. • There is no dignity in frowning upon your own arrangement 12 days later • You have failed to uphold your value of Respect

Accountability – We are prepared to make commitments and be judged against them. We deliver on commitments. We are responsible for our actions.

• You have not committed to your initial payment arrangement with me • You have no intention of delivering on that commitment • You have failed to uphold your value of Accountability

I have already made plans around fulfilling my initial arrangement made on the 9th of Nov with a MFC consultant, who contacted me to make such an arrangement, who also stated that the arrangement was in good order.

I need answers as to why:

- Am I being handled in this threatening manner - MFC is cancelling the original arrangement - This took place - MFC has failed to uphold 3 of its values.

I await your urgent response.
