Breach of contract - early debit order deductions
Dear MFC, You are currently in breach of our contract. You can not unilaterally change a debit order date from 28th to 24th of the month without my consent. This is *******. Please could somebody URGENTLY contact me (I have tried several ways to get hold of you this morning) and explain how this happened, guarantee that it will not happen again and reimburse fees associated with early debit orders/bounced orders? I would also like a WRITTEN guarantee that it will not happen again. I believe this is an OMBUDSMAN case as you have breached contract several other acts.
