Breach of contract

Hi guys please if want to use motor finance service do not use MFC banking services, they are full of *****, made an arrengement with them for my account that was in arrears we agree over phone that I can arrange my outstand payment for up to 3 months today they debit my arrears outstanding amount and this month car peymenf debit. Bad bad service they can't stick to they agreement
