Border Letter
Dear Team<br> <br> Please note that I received a call at home that my mother passed away in Mozambique. I need to go home 1st thing tomorrow morning and I hereby request a border letter. MFC consultant an d supervisor blatantly refused to assist. For the past 7 yrs I have been covered with Alexander Forbes and not once have I been asked to provide documentation. I am running out of time as I need to leave ASAP. I really don't have time for this. You can listen to all the calls I made each time<br> I requested for a border letter that I have never hassled nor been given such bad attitude and service. It makes it worse that I need to prepare for the funeral. Please listen to all the calls I have made to this business each time I request a letter.
