BEWARE OF MFC /INNOVATION GROUP

As per the financial regulations and disclosure to the customers i believe some of the financial industry are still not treating customers fairly. I bought a Tyre and rim with innovation group and the person who sold me the policy did not disclose all policy terms and conditions and now i really need to us the policy of which NEDBANK is still debiting my account for that and now they told me that policy has been expired and NO ONE communicated with me regarding that, meaning i have been paying premiums for nothing thats really not fair to us as customers WE ARE NOT TREATED FAIRLY. When i called NEDBANK GROUP this morning i spoke to Cleo and she could not help me then transfer me to Rose who tried to help me with no Luck and she told me that i should wait 7 days so that they can pull out the record and then after they will give me feedback.

Meaning i should nt drive my car for seven days whilst waiting for them to investigate all i wanted is help or otherwise i wanted a refund on that policy as i wanted to fix this as urgently as possible.
