BEWARE OF MFC

I took an extended warranty with MFC/INNOVATION GROUP when I took it the consultant advised me that it will cover all mechanical break down and that whatever the damage amount too they will pay it. I had a problem with a clush for my VW Kombi and advised innovation group, I was told that they will send an assessor to check the damage. When the assessor got there he said the claim will be declined based on his findings that the clush was in bad condition. I bought this vehicle last year and it was a second hand car hence I disclosed that when I bought the vehicle. I had to pay for all cost at VW AMOUNTING R32000.
