Being mistreated and disrespected from mfc consultant

Today at around 13:51 29.10.2024 I received a call with this no +***from the mfc consultant lady,she asked me why I didn't make the payment for this months ,I told her that I am no longer working due to medical incapacity so am struggling financially ,and request to start making from November 27 ,as my husband will start taking over with the instalment,the was shouting me threatening me to send people and collect the car in my door step,I said to her yes I didn't deny the fact that they gave me 3 months break,but I is not like I did plan to get sick or what ,the lady continued shouting and threatening me again..because of she was so rude with me and was not welling to assist me with kindness and respect I got frustrated and hung up the phone.
