Begging for a statement!

I have been "begging " for an update on my account. I never get updates unless I ask for it and when I ask I have to beg before I get it. This is not fair I have paid my account without question but I have to beg for the balance due!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a job and it does not INVOLVE me doing the admin for MFC..... I HATE THAT I HAVE TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY DAY TO GET SOMETHING THAT I SHOULD NOT BE ASKING FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE.
