Be careful about MFC

I have been debited for my car and I had an EFT done ...just got off thr phone with three consultant who just gave me a whole dialog instead of requesting for a reversal of my EFT ...I can pay twice in a month after me telling MFC consultants that I prefer doing g my own payments which works out better for me and I have done it last year with MFC and had no issues....well to my ****ing surprise I pay MFC and still get debited I just need my money back that's all ....English is a business language I presume but not not much of us understand English or is it a shipment......do a reversal of my money back to my account....I will take this as far as I can social media extra......I am tired off dealing g with *********** individuals at MFC
