Banking ans finance= LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP

My son passed away early in january 2023 this year.I was then appointed as executyor of his estate. One of the many things I had to do, is get a natis dokument for a Opel corsa LDV, out of the finsncier, Nedbank, or Motor Finance corporation. After a month of to & fro, submitting the same set of documents repeatedly,Even my lawer tried and also failed. I eventually recieved word, that the natis doc. was sent to my son on 12/10/2015. I then went to the SAPD for a afidavid to request a duplicate Natis doc. The trafic department informed me that the vehicle in question is still in the name if Nedbank. I am now waiting for them to send me an invoice fof R559.34 sothat they can do their job I even tried nedbank branch in highveld mall witbank to help All i got was THIS IS NOT MY JOB I have tried to talk to someone and offered to meet with them at their office But no luck
