balloon/residual charges not agreed upon

i recently purchased a vehicle from springfield park hyundai in kwazulu natal, i was content with the fact that the salesman had handed me a contract i clearly stated that i did not want balloon/residual charges on this contract, the salesman assured me that no such charges would be added to this contract. upon receiving my first statement i noticed very clearly that the residual had been indeed added, i contacted the salesman that i had dealt with and was told that the finance lady that handled my account had captured it incorrectly and we merely have to contact her and have it set straight. we are now going on many months of a continued back and forth battle of the blame game each person blaming the next for this apparent contract breach. i have attempted all avenues and have come back dissatisfied i am now resorting to this as i don't know where else to turn.
