Balance Request

Hi Peter, I've been trying to obtain my balance and settlement from MFC for over 7 months to no avail. I updated my contact details soon after my former company closed down in 2012. I gave them my new e-mail address and new cellphone number of which I'm still using to date. I don't receive statements from them anymore as a result I don't now how much is my balance. I'm supposed to be paying my last installment this month but I don't know how much to pay.<br> <br> I call them almost every week to get help but i'm put on hold until my airtime runs out. I send through e-mails and requests on my balance but no response from MFC. I'd really appreciate help ASAP before paying my February installment.
