Badly repainted car financed

I financed a vehicle, signed the contract and delivery note before I can view the vehicle because it was not on the floor at the time of arrival at the dealership to sign the contract. I think it was out for inspection or something like that. Test driven the car and all seemed fine. But hardly 24 hours i let the dealer know that the bonnet, bumper and passenger side was not the same with the rest of the car, the feeder on the passenger's side is not aligned and it had funny sound on the back wheel. We agreed to return the vehicle and i did, they fixed the wheel issue. Asked me to return with the car, they will come collect it for painting work. I inspected the vehicle and realized this was badly painting and more than half of the car was repainted, why? Because they said the car was never involved in an accident. I returned the car after they gave me many excuses to collect it as agreed. I indicated to them i don't want that car but rather a substitution or cancel the deal. Till now the issue is not resolved instead they expect me to take a repainted car even though i was never informed that its repainted for whatever reason. MFC intervened but the outcome was that i must go have a look at the repainted car and take it from there however they are closing the complaint. This is very disappointing especially from such a reputable company like Motus and the financing house. I am now stuck with the vehicle that I don't like because MFC failed to assist me in making sure that the vehicle they are financing is in perfect condition and meets all the required standards.
