Bad services

i had a car accident last year December, my car financed with mfc nedbank, ask nedbank to sell the car on my behalf since i’ve cancel the insurance I will pay the difference.Since then mfc has promised to do so till today the person that is handling my account is not replying to any of my email.I’ve settled the amount owed to the bank still have not heard from them and cannot get hold of Dimakatso Ramosedi. please help me i want the car paper so i can sell it myself.
