Bad service not willing to help this is my story!!

What a bunch of jokes pretenting to help people trough this difficult times.

Last year my wife lost her job I had no other choice but to go on Debt Review Worst mistake a made in my life i thought this was my only way for help never knew what iam letting my self into.

When lockdown came i cancelled my debt review. I informed mfc about this matter they told me because iam on debt review they can not help me in anyway as i only got a little money to feed my 2 children.

In total from the hard lock down till now there was 3 payments skip via i work with comm and overtime. As there was not much during this time. But i made it my best just to pay my car.

So in this month i got a call not from mfc from a guy external that works for mfc to say they going to take my car

Once agian i did not recieve a phone call from mfc they have prove they tried to phone me and cant get hold of me iam everyday at work so i would know if mfc tried to phone me.

I ask him if there is something we can arrange the sort out this matter.

I ask the external guy please iam now a single father with 2 kids can i please pay 500 more to cover up the money he told me sorry they are not gona accept it. Iam still waiting for a teamleader to phone me to try to assit me on this matter stil not today a single phone call My payment is 2000 pm He phoned me later and said right if i pay R3000 today they wil help me for 3 monts extra. I felt reliefed and told him i wil pay the money not a problem but i just want to confirm on email, later that they stil no mail he phoned me agian and i ask him whats going on now He told no i must pay R3000.00 then mfc wil check if i get approve for the extra 3months if not my car wil be taken. Iam like iam not gona by that 3000 and stil take my car i paid R2500 An extra 500.

So the moring they come to my house the car is not there its by the mechanics engin fault I had no other choice bur to sign they told me straight they not coming back. I have to sign

Later i phone mfc they cant help me i must speak to the person who is busy with my account (very rude person) up and down conversation told me i was luck about the 3000 payin but i broke the agreement i ask her to please show me where i agreed to this she told me shes not sure if external guy records so my word against he’s the only have the arrangement for the R3000.00 . Not trying to help me. I ask for the team leader to phone me.

My number was block and stil waiting for the phone call back next day i got hold of the rude lady she gave me the number Even worst teamleader Told me straight if i want my car i must give the R5300.00 in this times. And i signed for it like a had a choice.

Phone went dead no i cant get hold of them both. My number is block. They are the only one who can help me as they are siting with my stuff.

The went to pick up the car at the mechanics And paid him cash as far as my knowledge the bank has to pay that money

They gave me 10 days.

I have a compliant against mfc with nedbank 10/10 for the compliant team that is willing to listen and the manager that phones me back. I have paid 3 and a few months not one payment missed.

I wil go to the consumer and the ombudsman Can’t make debt as debt review destroyed my name. But would have an accept and offer from them but no one is willing to help.. As school started. And we all know how much it cost. I wil make a plan to come up with that money but iam not gonna stop about the damage they caused my working time they have taking up and making me loose money and be late for my only income

Hope mfc is happy by what they did to me I was honest not even trying to hide give them my address i still payed even this month i have paid i trying my best just to survive.
