Bad service mfc motors

I went into arreas and handed over Genius Mahlangu i have been trying to get hold of him on *** with no luck im unable to make arrangements with anyone else but him the client care department said they sent emails to him to get back to me but still nothing i have been trying to call 10 times already this is a ****ty service i don't understand why its so hard to make arrangements but they keep sending emails telling me to make arrangements ag!
