Bad service from your claims department

Your claims department is wack. why assign cases to case managers if we CANNOT get hold of them...your call centre is FAR way more effective than your claims department. my car insurance made a payment to you on the 14th of April already but "the money hasn't reflected on your side yet" . That;s more than 3 working days in the mean time I cannot apply for another car and left stranded
