Bad service experience

Good day

Kindly nite that I'm one of your existing client for more than 15yrs but I never received a bad treatment from mfc since,but what happened yesterday was too bad and I couldn't sleep last night due to the lady called Jackline Venteres,I might be spelling the names incorrectly but she is a white lady ,she yelled at me and did not want to listen to what I wanted to say,

The time when she called I was in the middle of writing test and I wanted to tell her that I have been called so many time and couldn't get hold of the phone due to training at workshop however she did not want to listen to me but kept on yelling at me as if I am a small child,

I'm so angry and sad as she even said she is going to hand me over for the amount of 800 which doesn't have even 4 month in arrears,I was trying to explain that I made arrangements with a lady who called me on the first day when I was in hospital but instead she was yelling at me and raising her voice at me like I'm a bad person or like I'm running away
