BAD SERVICE

I have received a terrible service from MFC devision (Nedbank) i have asked to make payment arrangement since January but they are refusing and it makes my record to be bad, i dont understand how do they operate. This is total wrong and unprofessional. i will never recommend anyone to them, they provide bad service, they do not hear request of the clients, they ignore your request forever and ever. their consultant are not helpful.
