Bad service collector mogals

I am so disappointed in the service, worse is now that my car is coming to an end they put so many collections companies to call you. Before nobody called when it was high. You get calls from more than 10 collectors a day how pathetic. I know you a business but that's not how a business works. We all struggle the normal people even more as most of us lost our work during covid. I will make sure that I never recommend anyone ther. No wonder people switch their accounts to Capitec bank cause the Nedbank tree is not worth investing or putting your money for them to keep as they never assists no one.
