Bad Service Call

I received a call from *** @15:24, I can't recall the name of the agent as i was not feeling ok. So when I took the call I told this guy im not well im sleeping. He pushed to tell me about changing of break pads on my car. I told him those are ok but he insisted & told me its been long since they were changed. How is it his problem?why is calling me from MFC to tell about changing break pads. He then started been rude and annoying. So can MFC please trace this call, I need this guy to explain why was he rude and how does MFC ask such people to call clients Im so annoyed right now.
