Bad service

I bought a car through mfc finance in 2015 and paid it monthly without skipping any installmenta. 2018 I got retrenched ad could not pay for the car. I informed the bank and they repossessed it, they auctioned it and there was abalance left that I had to pay. I agreed to pay for it instalments as I am still unemployed but now they have handed mW to attorneys that are harrasing me and cant accept my arrangement now I don't know what to do as I am still unemployed. The other thing is that doesnt the bank include insurance for when you lose work because now I am sitting with a debt that I need to pay while I am unemplyed whereas there was suppposed to be paid by the insurance.
