Bad service and still waiting for refund

They actually deserve 0 rating, I don’t want you to call me but I want it to be written. I’m facing financial issues and request my short fall for be extended with 36 months. My sons father passed away and we had to borrow funds to travel so I can accompany my son to bury his dad and mfc refused to refund me the instalment as the insurance has paid on the 29th and vaps also are cancelled as my car is no longer drivable. As we speak my son has to go to school we cannot as I don’t have enough funds to travel back home. As much as cancellation of vaps will take place the outstanding amount has to be refinanced and no communication has been sent nor provided I follow up every day of my life. I’m no happy with MFC and would never recommend it to anyone
