Bad service and debits without customer's knowlege

Hello I am Nkosinathi Matonsi, phone number ***. I was debited by MFC 3 times amounts in one month and 2 of the debits orders were done without my knowlege or aggreement. Last week thursday I spoke to one of the MFC consulted to reverse the amounts and she told me to wait for maximum of 5 days and even now I have not received anything. I am always bothering them with my calls and now they say I will have to wait for another 5 days without weekend
