Bad service
I was financed Nedbank MFC and all was well until I was contacted to switch banks to Nedbank then headaches started. Firstly they did not debit my account making me fall into arrears. I called to arrange payment, they went to deducted the installment the next and R708. 66 a random amount.

04 Nov 2025, 10:16I am trying to get my money back and I have spoken to about 8 consultants who are unable to help, instead I am transferred from one consultant to the other. I was also transferred to the Sales Department.
I am overwhelmely disgusted the amount of unprofessionalism this company is.
I have never experience such appalling service ever. I WANT MY MONEY

04 Nov 2025, 13:08Instead of getting a call and assurance that my money will be deposited back. I received an email informing me that they will deduct my instalment and this R708.66 which I would assume it's arrears for 3 days because it is not explained to me what that amount is for. The disgusting part is, it is MFC's fault that the installment was not paid in the first place causing a bad credit record for me. The next thing I arrange for the payment to be deducted, they decided the deduct extra. Made a bank mandate that for R2000+ extra on my account, for them to deduct whatever amount the wish on my account. This is daylight ******* and anyone who can assist please do.
